Guidelines
– Original, unpublished content only (1,000–2,000 words)
– Well-researched with data, examples, or citations where relevant
– Clear structure with H2/H3 headings
– One relevant do-follow link to your site allowed
– No promotional or affiliate-heavy content
– Include a 2-3 sentence author bio with headshot
